Enjoy the Tastes of Headwaters
The town of Dundalk is just south of the source of the Grand River, which starts life as a tiny creek crossing a farmer’s field. The village of Belwood is at the north end of Belwood Lake. There is an access point for paddlers. Before you head out on the water, stop at the Belwood Country Market 6 George, Belwood, ON N0B 1J0; 519-843-9992 for snacks, sandwiches and unique butter tarts. Afterwards, head to Belwood Super Snax 5 George St, Belwood, ON N0B 1J0, 519-843-5655, which is an old fashioned diner near the boat dock.
